Vancouver, BC – November 5, 2008 – Even Technologies Inc. ("Even" or the “Company” TSX-V: ETI) wishes to announce that further to its news release dated October 23, 2008, it has received acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange to settle the current principal indebtedness of Euro €110,000 and interest thereon of Euro €10,550 that is due and payable on October 31, 2008 under a Convertible Debenture previously announced in its news releases dated August 23 and September 4, 2007, by the issuance of 1,147,577 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of Euro €0.105 or approximately CAD$0.17 per common share. These shares will be subject to a hold period expiring February 28, 2009.
