Richard Vanderwal - Chairman
Richard Vanderwal graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Saskatchewan. Dr. Vanderwal provides valuable input to the Company's board of Directors. From his office in Abbotsford, BC, Dr. Vanderwal specializes in dairy production medicine and embryo transfer technology. He is also active in agribusiness and the development of bio-technology. Dr. Vanderwal has been a shareholder of the Company since its inception.

Nick Ringma - President and Chief Executive Officer
Nick Ringma studied in Michigan and is a graduate of Simon Fraser University. He has served on the Even Technologies executive since its inception in 1997. He brings a wide breadth of experience in organizational management, marketing and corporate development. Prior to joining Even Technologies, Mr. Ringma managed Miller Electronics' growth from one store to 45 Sony Stores for Gendis Inc. and was involved with the restructuring and expansion of National Importers Ltd. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Ringma drives the strategic, corporate and operational objectives of the company.

Glenn Simpson - Chief Financial Officer
Glenn Simpson is Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the Masters of Business Administration program at Columbia University, and brings a broad range of business and financial experience to the Company. Mr. Simpson started his career as Manager of Finance for the New Jersey Casino Control Commission, served as CFO for the Teamsters Local 560 Pension Fund and was Vice President and CFO for Coca-Cola Bottlers, Uzbekistan. His experience with developing and emerging organizations as well as his broad based financial experience adds valuable skills to the management of the Company. Mr. Simpson is a co-founder of Even Technologies' subsidiary, Infinite Video Corporation, and will provide direction to the Company's rapid growth as the sales effort accelerates.

Stanley Loh
Stanley Loh studied at the University of Malaysia and has worked in Asia for a significant part of his professional career. Mr. Loh is currently Vice President of Business Development at eXcape.Net Communications Inc., where he concentrates on developing international business relationships for the company. His particular expertise is in the field of Asian business development. Mr. Loh is also a Committee Member of the British Columbia Science & Technology Steering Committee's Science Council. He works closely with various government agencies, such as the National Research Council and Industry Canada, in fostering trade. He is also an Advisor to the Minister of Information in Cambodia.

Brian Burr
Mr. Burr received a BA from Rutgers University in Political Science and English Literature in 1973, along with a degree in economics and marketing, Copenhagen, in 1983. Mr. Burr has worked with several Danish brokerage houses and has been an approved person by financial authorities since 1996. He has specialized in equity capital finance. As an equity and bond analyst, Mr. Burr’s commentary has been quoted in the Scandinavia press, radio and television, along with having written Scandinavian bond commentary for Euromoney’s International Bond & Equities Letter for numerous years. He has also been a Director of various companies specializing in manufacturing, electronics, and distribution. Mr. Burr is the Managing Director of Scandinavian Asset Management A/S.
